Damaged or wrong items
If a packet arrives damaged, or you receive the wrong design, message us on WhatsApp within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the parcel and the items. We will replace the item or refund it.
Change of mind
Because products are sold at wholesale prices, we do not accept returns for change of mind unless agreed in advance.
How refunds are paid
Approved refunds are paid by bank transfer within 7 working days.
Return delivery
If an item is damaged or wrong, we cover the return delivery cost.
